Fly99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This page contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the fly99 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated here. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fly99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with any related policies published by fly99.
Use of the fly99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
- Located in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is permitted.
- Has never been banned or suspended from the fly99 platform previously.
- Registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Fly99 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account if the above eligibility requirements are not met at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. fly99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials is your own responsibility.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the fly99 platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or promotion abuse. The use of automation software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Information Updates
You are required to keep your personal account information up to date at all times. fly99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing high-value withdrawals.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the fly99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). fly99 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, Touch 'n Go, and FPX. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits: Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon successful verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification. fly99 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of the verification process.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by fly99 and may change from time to time without prior notice.
- Refunds: All processed deposits are final. fly99 does not issue refunds for deposits that have been credited to an account and used for betting.
- Tax: Users are responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to their winnings or transactions under applicable Malaysian law.
Fly99 reserves the right to freeze or withhold funds in any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Fly99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document.
- The account is suspected of involvement in fraud, market manipulation, or other unlawful activities.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- Account inactive beyond the period specified by fly99's internal policy.
- A directive from the relevant authorities requires the account to be closed.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, fly99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any eligible active balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures before the account closure takes effect.
Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may submit an appeal through fly99's customer support channels.
5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the fly99 platform are the exclusive property of fly99 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from fly99.
Liability Limits
Fly99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from betting decisions. fly99's liability is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Third-Party Links
The fly99 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fly99 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Right to Amend Terms
Fly99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior user consent. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the fly99 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through procedures determined by fly99 and, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
